HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Placing an order couldn’t be simpler. Once you have seen an item on the site that you like, simply hit the add to cart button. You will be redirected to the shopping basket, if you would like to order more items, simply select the continue shopping button. If you are ready to checkout, hit the checkout button, where you will be guided though our simple checkout process. If you are having any problems placing an order don’t hesitate to send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW DO I KNOW THE ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address supplied. If for any reason this does not arrive, please send and email to email@example.com
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We will try to ship your order within 3 working days. Please note that Wildernis is mostly a brick and mortar shop in Amsterdam and at busy times it sometimes can take up to 1 working week to process the order. In this event, an email will be sent to you! Once we dropped off the order at the post office you’ll receive an email with a track and trace code.
The day of arrival of your order depends on the postal service of your country.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
You will find the details at your checkout. Everything is shipped with insurance & tracking

When ordering multiple products, the weight of your order will be heavier and therefore shipping costs may, in some cases, be higher.

Wildernis will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We try to give a very clear description of our products but we can also imagine that it sometimes just isn’t what you’d expected. You can always send us an email before ordering if there’s something you’re not sure about. If you’re not happy with the order after all, it may be returned within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by the original receipt, in mint condition and in original packaging. Please send your return request to firstname.lastname@example.org accompanied by the order number.
Broken or damaged goods at delivery are at your own costs and risk. We will not refund orders that are damaged by transport.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
You can return your order by post. Please send us an email and we’ll provide you with the information you’ll need.
We recommend you send your return using a trackable method! Until we receive your return to our shop, the items and their condition are your responsibility.
We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
Retour delivery charges are non-refundable.
Unfortunately we are not able to process exchanges, we would advise to return an item and submit a new order.
