HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order couldn’t be simpler. Once you have seen an item you like, simply hit the add to cart button and you’ll be redirected to the shopping cart, where you review and continue to pay for your order.

If you would like to order more items, simply select the “continue shopping” button and you will de returned to the webshop. If you are ready to checkout, you can also use the “shopping cart” button in the menu, from where you will be guided though our simple checkout process.

If you have any problems placing an order please don’t hesitate to send us an e-mail and we’ll gladly help you with any issues.

HOW DO I KNOW THE ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address supplied during checkout.

If the confirmation email doesn’t arrive for any reason, please send an email to webshop@wildernisamsterdam.nl and we’ll check if your order has been processed correctly and resend your confirmation email.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We try to ship your order within 3 working days. Please note that Wildernis is mostly a brick and mortar store in Amsterdam and at busy times it sometimes can take up to 1 working week to process the order.

Once we’ve dropped off your order at the post office you’ll receive an email with the track and trace code. The day of arrival of your order depends on the postal service of your country.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout when you provide your adres information, or can be found using the shipping zones shown below. Please contact us if have any questions at webshop@wildernisamsterdam.nl

Everything except giftcards is shipped with insurance & tracking. Our giftcards are for in story use only.

Discount: If you place an order of at least 45 euros, you’ll pay no shipping costs for shipping within the Netherlands, or get a discount on shipping worldwide of €7!

Wildernis will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delays in shipment or delivery.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We always try to give the best possible description of our products, but sometimes a product just isn’t what you expected. You can always send us an e-mail before ordering if there is anything you are not sure about.

But if you’re not happy with the any or parts of your order after receiving it, you may always return it within 14 days of delivery. Please send your return request to webshop@wildernisamsterdam.nl accompanied by the order number. We will reimburse the full cost of the item when returned, in original condition and with the original packaging.

Broken or damaged goods after return delivery are at your own costs and risk. We will not refund orders that are damaged by transport.

Please send your return request to webshop@wildernisamsterdam.nl, accompanied by the order number, and we will send you the information you’ll need to send it back to us to be processed.

We recommend sending all returns with a track & traceable method. Until your order has been received back at our store you are liable for the condition and return of the product.

We will send you an email to confirm when the order has been received, and your return processed. Your purchase price will be returned using your original payment details. It wil take approximately 3-7 days, depending on your bank, for this to show on your bank statements.

Delivery costs are the purchasers responsibility and will not be returned. Broken or damaged goods received at Wildernis after return delivery are at your risk. We will not refund orders that are damaged by transport.

EXCHANGE

Unfortunately we are not able to process exchanges, we would advise to return an item and submit a new order.
