Ice saints and organic garden perennials

Ice saints has been so we can finally get back to work in the garden or our balcony. April and May were exceptionally cool, so the organic garden plants started growing a bit later than normal. But on May 26th it’s time! There are a lot of beautiful perennials coming in for both shade and sun.

These organic plants come from Casper and Marion Verhoeven, a well-known organic grower. Why are their organic plants so fantastic? All their plants come in a larger pot size and thus have the space to grow their roots well before they reach our doorstep. Of course, no chemical pesticides or fertilizers are used and they are grown in the open air. That is of course perfect for our bees, butterflies, and insects, but also for the environment. Moreover, you get a strong plant, win win!
