Care Oxalis Triangularis. How does it work?

Planting and placement

Plant the tubers about 2 cm deep, they can be planted both indoors and outdoors. A spot with half sun is perfect. Keep the soil slightly moist and ensure drainage. The plant can also be placed outdoors, but it will then disappear in the winter and return in the spring.

Is my Oxalis going dormant?

Oxalis triangularis can temporarily go dormant. This does not happen at the same time for every plant and can also occur outside autumn or winter. If the leaves die back, first check the soil and the plant’s position: drooping or discoloured leaves do not always mean the plant is going dormant. Reduce watering as the plant enters dormancy. During full dormancy, keep the soil dry. Resume care when new shoots appear.

Oxalis Triangularis is an edible plant, that tastes fresh and lemony.
